- 系统采用三层层级:
- 领域(Areas):10-19、20-29、30-39… 最多 10 个大类
- 类别(Categories):每个领域下最多 10 个类别(如 11、12、13…)
- ID:每个类别下的具体项目(如 11.01、11.02…)
- 举个例子:
