中国食辣史

  • 慢慢翻完,当作业余科普看看挺不错,关于辣椒在中国食用的传播路径、南北差异,都能有个大概的了解,最后一章边疆的辣椒居然没写东北的辣椒食用状况,算是遗憾。

    • 在漫长的历史中,不断有外来食物加入中国饮食,历史上有三个高峰时期:第一个是西汉凿通西域,原产自中亚和西亚的胡椒、蒜、孜然、芝麻、小茴香都是这个时期进入中原的。第二个是盛唐时期,大量的产自印度和南洋的香辛料进入中原,有丁香、肉桂、豆蔻等数十种之多。第三个是明末清初,美洲原产作物进入中国,包括辣椒等茄科植物。

  • 购买了实体书
  • 在B站偶然刷到作者的视频,非常吸引人,几天时间陆续看完了基本。经常提到作者这本书,便买来一读。黑底铜版纸的印刷其实体验并不好,作者的文字表达也有可以改进的地方。
  • 不过胜在内容有趣,对于水果好奇、植物学有兴趣的读者应该都会喜欢。
